The summer is over, fall back

Here comes again the lazy fall of leaves, a reminder of the seasons as we continue to anchor to the past, made of sun, friends, travel, plans for a winter better or just different.

I have neglected my blog for the umpteenth time, I admit, my heart still in summer and mind to things done.

The trip to America, on the road, in contact with the Wild West and its prairies, bison, canyons, nature's incredible Wyoming, Nebraska ...

And then the sea of \u200b\u200bmy land, Sardinia, and smells so familiar, the melody of the surf, my daughter's room, my affections. And yet, the emotion felt in indescribable singing with friends at the microphone Berru Max Carrion, a founder of Inti-Illimani, and with the Chilean Raul Cespedes, intoning the symbols of the struggle for freedom, extolling the revolution with El Pueblo ...

When we were called on stage to sing with them and with the group Acanto, so we do not repeat the facts twice, and coming home late at night, we felt the kids of the past, full of dreams and free entry to be mitered on the square.

The summer also has this power, lifts you from all ages, returns to you all that is good to remember (for the bad better not to waste time), shakes you from stupor each and you call into contact with the essence of things with ease. We are now accustomed to being told that the sun hurts, but no one remembers that the excesses are to hurt and that small and healthy enough precautions? No one remembers that the sun is the most powerful medicine that nature has provided? Reduces cholesterol and dental caries (did you know?) improves the immune system, increases the good humor and prevents cancer! So get ready for a winter different: open air, walking more natural light, more like going out! The sun peeps out even during the cold months, feeling his face adorns the morning while the frost leaves, regenerates the mind. And if it's cold enough to cover, no?

A tip: read the book by Fabio Marchesi, light curing , New Editions Techniques, pp. 298, € 19.50, is very attractive.
