I speak of that shape (a fact which should be spontaneous and natural) inextricably linked to respect for others, in the approach to good taste, courtesy in dealing with others and in any environment. Should be, as I said, an innate behavior, since it is also what we expect from others. Something you know, part of us in fact. Yet that's not how it happens, is not it? How many times, kindness, is not at home in everyday life? And how often smile at the cashier at the bar in the morning ... and how much effort it costs us, work with clients or colleagues, we are on the defensive, sure that someone is about to attack us as soon as we lower our guard? How many more we exchange the courtesy of an acquaintance of opportunism? What we fear that happens, to create a friendly exchange of tones?
And I speak of naturalness, not artifacts of attitudes ...
