time I receive many emails from various kinds, some that reveal how much more easy to open with a unknown and trust difficulties and problems that other people ask me advice about writing, like that of a few days ago, rimastami particularly impressed. Actually, the mail in question started out with a curt and peremptory: " I'm sending you my story. Read it and tell me what you think. Hello . All this came from a perfect stranger: an order without presentations or "wasting time". Because for some, education is a waste of time.

And so I found myself reflecting on this: education. Not intended as a form that makes the old-fashioned pomp cordial, complimentary and a tad excessive, no. I speak of that shape (a fact which should be spontaneous and natural) inextricably linked to respect for others, in the approach to good taste, courtesy in dealing with others and in any environment. Should be, as I said, an innate behavior, since it is also what we expect from others. Something you know, part of us in fact. Yet that's not how it happens, is not it? How many times, kindness, is not at home in everyday life? And how often smile at the cashier at the bar in the morning ... and how much effort it costs us, work with clients or colleagues, we are on the defensive, sure that someone is about to attack us as soon as we lower our guard? How many more we exchange the courtesy of an acquaintance of opportunism? What we fear that happens, to create a friendly exchange of tones?

And I speak of naturalness, not artifacts of attitudes ...

to try, you find that is the way we ask ourselves (and not to impose on us), to create a metaphorical handshake. Those that make your day better and make us go home with a smile. What do you think?
